About itc.
We started providing telecom solutions in the year of 2006 after we found the market needed a more custom and personable service. Across the many years we saw the same problem, customer felt disconnected with their providers and that should in the relationship.
Without a real connection we saw solutions that were complex, delivery was disjointed, and businesses were being sold products that did not their needs. The market need to be brave and take responsibility, providers needed to stand by their solutions and not hide from frustrations. We carved our way through the market and grew.
As an independent telecoms consultancy, we are not tied to any one network, provider, or product. That means every recommendation is made purely on what is right for the business.

Most businesses do not think about their telecoms until something goes wrong. And when it does, they find themselves on hold, passed from department to department, with nobody who actually knows their account.
I started itc because I had seen it happen too many times from the inside.
Nearly 20 years on, the promise is the same. Honest advice, the right solution, and someone who picks up the phone and already knows who you are.
