As the organisation responsible for delivering a major Year of Culture programme, Bradford Culture needed reliable connectivity across its headquarters, support offices and numerous event locations spread throughout the city. The nature of the programme meant that staff and volunteers were constantly working from different venues, many of which required temporary infrastructure.
With over 5,000 events planned and millions of visitors expected throughout the year, any disruption to communications or internet access could have impacted event delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational coordination. The organisation needed a scalable solution with redundancy built in - and a provider who could respond quickly if anything went wrong.
